They have this page to do online rebate submission at their website at http://maxmyrebates.com ...
Well, it's not really an online rebate submission, it's just a form that you can fill out on your comptuer, then print it and mail it in.
Aside from the lameness of this approach (with no warning that "submitting" the form doesn't really submit the rebate request), the file they print out apparently has come compatibility problems, completely messing up with certain printers that don't seem to have problems with other pages.
Bottom line on this is over a half hour wasted trying to print from their lame page, with no success... surely, that's one way to discourage people from submitting a rebate request.
