First make sure you're viewing the page you want to add the comment to.
Next, click on the "edit" link at the bottom. It may prompt you for your twiki username and password. Then it will put you into "edit" mode, which displays the current page in the editing window.
Generally, you'll want to add your comments at the bottom, so scroll down in the editing window and type your comments. Be sure to leave a blank line between the bottom of the message and your comments. If you want to get fancy, you can insert a line consisting of 3 hyphens, which will cause a horizontal rule to be displayed across the page, clearly delimiting your comments from the message itself.
