- 16 Oct 2003 Because of Mary Kay, I am able to work from home with total flexibilty. I am free to take my business anywhere and spend the time with my daughter and husband. Mary Kay gives me the income to be able to pay for my daughters gymnastics, which is quite expensive.
Anytime I hear people griping about being in debt, or their marriage ruined because of Mary Kay, I have to think that there must have already been problems prior to this. I'm sure it would have been the same result for them no matter what new venture they tried.
The Mary Kay opportuinity is there for people who want it, but you have to do the work. If you come in thinking it's a "get rich quick" scheme, then you are wrong. Common sense would tell anyone that there is no such thing. It's not a hard job, but it does require self-discipline, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and most of all perseverance.
I have been with Mary Kay for 6 years and I can honestly say, I've had nothing but great things come from this!

Well, someone in your household must have a job to be able to pay for the house, food and children while you work your flexible hours and pay for gymnastics. I'd be happy as a pig in poop too if that's all I had to work to make money for.
