I read through the plan above, and would like to inquire as to what exactly is misleading? As a consultant, I found it to be very clear and factual. What you have stated is an opinion, and everyone has one. What would be your argument to the Federal Trade Commission or the Direct Selling Association? How is it morrally fraudulent? From all that I know about Mary Kay, these are the facts. Perhaps you should provide some supporting evidence to your claims. Without FACTUALLY rebuttal and support for your claims, I would question whether or not your statements against Cindy Williams could be considered slander. Hmmm...further explaination is requested.

Above plan is so misleading that I would suggest that any persons who agree take a copy of it and hit the offices of FTC and DSA with it. Having that plan on her website Mrs Cindy Williams seems to agree with that plan. And, if a National Sales manager has that on her web-site we have to assume that MK is agreeing with the plan. If you take your time to read it through, and let it sink in, it is a disgrace. The CROSS in the middle is the icying on the cake. How can one make those claims with a straight face: We are looking these SIX qualities....' no sales, no time etc. I thought that a better sales person one is more money one makes..? Oh I forgot, the plan was all about recruiting and setting the scene for the inventory sale. People, this plan is morally FRAUDULENT. And endorsed by MK.

These are my own observations and opinions and a person looking into Mary Kay opportunity should seek their own professional advice.
