I would have to say that the Top Directors do like money and recognition and they are also (once they get to the top drawer in the piggy bank) like mentoring other women. I dont care what business you are in whether its a nine to five or direct sales if you are making 100,000 a year or more you are not working 20 hours a week you are probably doing 40 or more unless this is money you have retired off of. I would think that a National is working at least 30 hours a week but I could be wrong. Stephanie Settles
