Stephanie here - For people on this board who are in MK and thinking about doing more or for those who have just recently joined if you want to have a good impression of the company read the Consultants guide and read the MK book More than a Pink Cadillac this book was written by an outsider. This company is truly blessed with decent people. If you really want to know if a Director is genuine if you call her up and just ask her about the company and she is talking to you and telling you wonderful things and she is low key chances are she is pretty ethical if she starts asking for your address to send you an agreement in the mail the first five minutes then watchout!!!! MOST of the directors are genuine and if you join for no other reason you can sell the products at 50 percent!!! That is a high commission scale even the MK percentages on recruiting are not as small as some other companies. If you NEVER want to become a director or drive a car just sell the product and recruit when you feel like it and you can make some decent money!!! I think after people join and read the consultants guide and get good training and go to some events and hear different speakers they can see the vision!!!

A lot of consultants dont become directors until they go to Seminar that is when the see the vision and see what is out there for them. I encourage you if you are thinking of joining MK do your homework its really a good company.
