I just wanted to put a comment in here to let people know and I KNOW this for a fact and I should have mentioned it earlier. When it comes to those MK cars the company does NOT want those cars back and that is from the words of a girl who works in that department. She said that MK does everything possible from encouragement to giving a director maybe three more months on production for those cars. They said it costs them MORE to take those cars back so they dont want to roll people back from a caddy to a grand prix or take the red grand am away....she said its not cost effective that is why they do everything possible to let them keep the cars. As a matter of fact and this is public knowledge and its in our literature that you can pay the difference out of your commission check if you dont want to give the car up and I think thats fantastic if a director wants to keep up the appearance. Also you can take the cash option if you dont want the car, there are so many things they allow you to do I find that if you are doing production or are extremely close to it, its a great deal. There are too many women who are doing so well in this company who have left corporate america for me to believe that a majority of people are misrepresenting the company it has to be a minority. I would say 20 percent. Most of the people and one director that I met who were pushy didnt last!!! I think they dont have a lot of time to do it but Wendy because of what you said about Leadership I think that MK is really investigating some of this stuff and you will probably see more consistency in the company in the following years as far as their practices are concerned they DONT want a bad name and even if it means directors taking their time moving up then so be it. I myself am very leery when I see someone winning a car in 30 days Im not saying it cant be done but if Gloria Mayfield had to do it 3 times then Im just leery when I see someone move up that fast the numbers dont add up to me. Unless the girl found a bunch of people to put in 4000 orders and that is not normal and we all know that. When I see someone doing it in 3 or 4 months that seems more realistic. Believe me if you saw a BUNCH of people doing DIQ in one month there is something wrong with that picture it usually takes 3-4 although some have done it in two and they were ethical. I knew a pink cadillac director (who is now out of the company and I was an adoptee in her unit) that charged cards unauthorized and when the company found out her senior director told us what happened at the meeting and she sat there and swore up and down that she didnt charge anyones charge card and we KNEW she was lying. Well needless to say MK could have filed legal charges and they didnt they told her she could no longer be a director and could never ever be one but after thinking it over she could remain a consultant if she wanted to and she said no and left the company. Her senior told us exactly what happened and the company refunded the consultants credit cards no questions asked and her National begged legal not to prosecute her and just let her go on her way. They asked the consultants if they wanted press charges and they all said no so all of her people went up to her senior. Its things like this that lets me KNOW the company wants to do right and a lot of companies are like this are wanting to be ethical since we are independent contractors and have legal things they have to stick by.....Stephanie

Wendy: Thanks Stephanie, again a well balanced veiw point. I know a few gals who were able to achieve Directorship fast but it was the gal and her Director doing alot of work together; team effort! I have a new gal who just lost her job and they gave her notice of losing this job and they were aware of it for at least 6 months she found out. She gave her company 5 of her life and then on her last day, they came to her desk and told her she was done. She was shocked and disgruntled. Then they send out an email to everyone saying she had found a different job and she made them retract that and say that her position had ended. Anyways, I am working hard to make her a Director in a few months. I want that for her and she wants that for herself. She told me she wants to have her own business. So hopefully we will have her in the Director position by Easter. Thanks again Stephanie! Wendy T. P.S. I am with the Emerald Seminar and Gloria M.B.'s is an offspring National of my National. We were in the same area since the beginning and she is a hoot and the reason I am in MK!
