where a Partylite lady got terminated from the company and she does not know why..the whole link is http://www.thehypeofit.com and if you look around the site there are some letters that her upline made sure that corporate sent to her. It seems like from what I could read her upline was recruiting her people and then told corporate to termninate HER!! This poor woman is ill with Fibromyalgia and had to work from home and believed with all her soul in Partylite. Im posting this here to show you MK is not the ONLY company that has some problems and they are one of the few who has LESS. There are companies who have shut down over practices like this. I sure do hope that MK corporate talks to the Nationals and cracks down on the people who are not doing things ethically its better than having the company get in big trouble down the line,

The issue of distributor terminations matters only to those people who have expectations that they will achieve a high degree of success. We know that a number of people stay in Mary Kay just to get the discounts for themselves and maybe a few friends, and don't plan to go beyond that.
But the rest are attracted by a greater potential. If they get unfairly terminated by Mary Kay, will it do them any good that Partylite is worse? I don't think so.
Anyone considering Mary Kay has to make sure they watch out for themselves. If they think they're going to be building a business, what expectations do they have about their control of that business?
Mary Kay isn't the only way, it's just an easy way. One reason it's easy is because all these participants are pushing it. It's so much "easier" making a decision when someone is presenting you with a rosy picture.
This isn't to say that people shouldn't participate in Mary Kay, and it isn't to say that they should. It's to say that people considering Mary Kay should not be restricting themselves to Mary Kay or to other multi-level marketing programs, and that they should go into it with their eyes wide open, especially if they're going to plunge in with a big inventory purchase.
