Lake Shore Publishers Service Comment 3

Just wanted to let you know I have had the same situation. as above except there is a control # listed which they say they do not list and mine was for 3 years (36 issues) for $59.91 as the total amount and $29.91 as the installment amount for Fitness Magazine which I never ordered!!! What in hell does installment mean? Did they just look up a credit card and use it without my permission? I am not happy about this at all and intend to get to the bottom of it.
