What type of business background do I need to operate a UCC TotalHome® franchise?

UCC TotalHome® Franchise Owners have various backgrounds and come from all walks of life. While it's certainly helpful to have experience in sales and service as well as management, it's not necessary. UCC TotalHome® provides new franchisees with training in the UCC Marketing System, management, recruiting and staff development. There is continuous on-site training with Field Sales and Service support. These tools, along with your business and interpersonal skills, could be a winning combination.

How much money can I expect to earn?

This depends on a number of factors, including your own business abilities and efforts. We cannot and do not project for you how much you can expect to earn. In our franchise offering circular, we provide statistical information about membership sales and membership prices of existing UCC TotalHome® franchisees to give you a point of reference for your own business plan. You should also check with existing franchisees about their experiences.

What kind of ongoing support can I expect as a UCC TotalHome® Franchise Owner?

We are absolutely committed to helping our franchisees succeed. Besides the comprehensive Business Management Training Program for new franchisees, our staff of expert Field Sales and Service Consultants visit UCC TotalHome® franchisees to provide ongoing support and assistance. Throughout the year, franchisees attend regional meetings and our International Sales and Service Conference. The International Corporate Support Center sponsors special events and awards designed to encourage peak performance among franchise owners and employees.
