description of complaint:
I contacted DirectBuy, went to appointment.
I thought it was a good idea as all goods would be at one place.
I have difficulty walking.
I signed the contract for membership. The next day, I sent a letter by overnight mail to cancel the membership. I was told that the 3-day cooling-off period no longer exists.
DirectBuy is a shady business.
I want them investigated.
I live on SSA.
I feel that I have been taken advantage of.
I was taken in by the sales pitch.
