This complaint was filed by a consumer against DirectBuy of Akron-Canton on 3/19/2007.

description of complaint:

This company called and requested my checking account numbers, which I did not give them.

I asked her why and got no reasonable explanation.

She would not give me the company that she was calling for, but I got the name by doing "*69" after we hung up. I got this number 330-677-8815 which says it is for DirectBuy.
