description of complaint:
My husband and I tried to cancel our contract with DirectBuy and they refused.
They are garnishing my paycheck to pay for the services. My husband and I never used the service. We can't afford it.
If we pay this amount, we will lose our home. I am the main source of income for my family. My husband is disabled.
We explained this to their attorney.
We were under the impression that we would have an opportunity to cancel this contract if we didn't use the service or no longer wanted it.
